Tudo

The first agentic BodyOS. An agent that understands your body, predicts your physical future, and orchestrates the path.

In active development. The first external TestFlight ring is targeted for August 2026.

What it is

An operating system for the body.

Tudo is an agentic body operating system, built to model, predict and adapt human performance. It reads the body's own signals: sleep, training, movement patterns, heart-rate variability. No manual logging, ever.

It models your state across training, nutrition and recovery as one coupled system. It predicts where that body is heading, and offers one clear move that changes the path. The longer it runs, the better it knows one specific body. That calibrated model is the core of the product, and it belongs to you.

Sessions you author by doing, then own, run and share. We call them protocols.

Your body is the hardware. You have never had an operating system for it.
Why Tudo

The argument, in order.

Measurement is solved. Meaning is not. Here is the case for building Tudo, laid out the way we reasoned it.

01

The interpretation gap

Wearables won the measurement war and lost the meaning war. A tracker can tell you your recovery is low. It cannot tell you what that does to your October goal, or what to do about it at 6pm. Sensors sell measurements. Nobody sells consequences.

02

Apps are stores, not systems

Fitness apps are content libraries, streaks and tasks. The content goes stale, the streak breaks, the person leaves. Nothing inside them models the person.

03

Chatbots advise, but are not present

A chatbot has to be told everything, which is logging with extra steps. It holds no quantitative model of the body. It cannot execute or verify anything.

04

Nobody closes the loop

No product answers the one question that compounds: what did what I did yesterday do to my future? Tudo is built around that loop. Sense, interpret, predict, act, verify, repeat.

05

The honest number

Most confidence in health tech is fake precision. Tudo shows one number, the calibrated odds of hitting the goal you confirmed. It checks its own predictions against what actually happened. It admits misses. When it is not sure, it says so in plain words. Trust is the product.

06

Why now

Two things changed. On-device sensing matured, so a phone and an optional watch are enough, with no proprietary hardware. And modern AI can finally orchestrate around every tool a person already owns. Tudo does not compete with the sensor market. It sits above it.

Where it is

Honest about the stage.

Tudo is in active development, built by a solo founder with an AI-agent engineering organisation. The first external TestFlight ring is targeted for August 2026. Two questions are committed to in public, in advance, and we will report the answers plainly.

Test one · Calibration

Do the predictions calibrate against what actually happens?

Test two · Return

Do testers come back each morning, unprompted, by day 30?
